Select Yes for the next window and then Test the Program. Check the box that says The Program requires additional permissions. 2) Is their any way to allocate more memory resources to Oblivion / Morroblivion From my understanding Oblivion is a 32 bit game. Choose the Troubleshoot Compatibility option. Usually found here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim. Right-click on the Skyrim Launcher application. To run the game in Windows Compatibility Mode: Run the Game in Windows Compatibility Mode Open Steam again it and attempt to load the game.
